Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch delivers attentive, friendly service to clients, builds and sustains valuable relationships, educates clients on technology-enabled banking solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborates with specialists to address financial needs while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
