Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsibilities include building and retaining meaningful customer relationships, tailoring product and service recommendations to meet client needs, and collaborating with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to connect customers with experts for specialized needs. You will operate a teller drawer in the lobby or drive-up, open accounts, perform account maintenance, assist customers with digital products, and recognize potential fraud and other risks. Depending on shift, you may handle bank opening/closing. Requires 1-3 years of customer service, financial services, or sales experience; High School diploma or GED; intermediate computer skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hoffman Estates, IL, with benefits and bonus eligibility.
