Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online/mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to understand clients’ financial needs and connect them to solutions; collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage client flow, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience and adherence to laws/regulations; participate in a team-oriented, in-office culture with flexible role-specific arrangements; weekend/extended hours may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
