Relationship Banker - Hillcrest Financial Center

Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and accurately process cash transactions. Build relationships with clients to understand financial needs, educate them on solutions, and connect them to small-business lending, investments, and other services. Drive the client experience by following established processes, managing center traffic and outbound calls, and collaborating with partners to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions. Candidates should be adept at communicating clearly, solving problems, and helping clients navigate banking products while working weekends/extended hours as needed in a 40-hour week role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
