Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online/mobile banking). Efficiently process cash transactions and build deep conversations to understand clients' financial goals, connecting them to appropriate solutions. Develop and nurture client relationships, manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls, and drive the client experience. Collaborate with experts in small business lending and investments, expand knowledge of banking products, and follow established processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Requires the ability to learn new technology platforms, adapt to role-specific responsibilities, and be available for weekend/extended hours. Minimum education is high school; preferred includes a bachelor’s or business-relevant associate degree. Shift is 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
