Job Summary
Front-line Relationship Banker in Healdsburg responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and a variety of teller and new account transactions. Educates customers on a full range of retail products and services, identifies cross-sell opportunities, and supports ongoing relationship servicing to build loyalty and drive business. Must be able to handle cash, advise customers, and work hours including weekends; requires at least one year of banking/retail/customer-service experience. Compensation varies by level with hourly ranges aligned to a base of $20.40–$23.02 (Level I) and up to $27.00 (Level II).
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience in banking, retail or a customer service role
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Experience with cash handling and basic banking principles
