Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to understand clients' financial goals; connect clients to lending, investments, and small-business solutions; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience while adhering to laws and bank guidelines; collaborate with experts in lending and investments and stay current on products and processes; available to work weekends and extended hours; in-office role at the Cincinnati Financial Center.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (desirable)
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
