Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); process cash transactions accurately and efficiently; build relationships with clients to understand financial needs and connect them to banking solutions. Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic and outbound calls; drive the client experience and adhere to laws and regulations. Requires the ability to educate clients on simple banking transactions, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to work weekends with in-office locations in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, or Portsmouth. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
