Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch focusing on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships through attentive service and consultative product recommendations. Responsibilities include building trust with clients, educating them on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), understanding financial needs, coordinating with specialists for complex financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or related fields, excellent communication, ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, and capacity to operate within risk parameters; role may require weekend and some evenings. High school diploma or GED required; professional licenses (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) or enrollment in JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire are expected.

- NMLS registration/SAFE Act following employment
- ability to obtain licenses through JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Chase on-line application processes may transfer information to NMLS
- compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements
- NMLS registration immediately after start date and annual renewals
