Job Summary
Role involves acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships at a Chase branch; deliver attentive service, tailor product recommendations, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); requires strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to banking regulations; must learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with a team of experts to address clients' financial needs; must be able to work branch hours including weekends; licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses with JPMorganChase licensing program support; high school degree or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
