Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; provide consultative financial solutions and educate clients on technology like the Chase Mobile App; ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements; strong communication and problem-solving skills to tailor products and services to clients with varying needs; must meet licensing requirements and be able to work a schedule including weekends/evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
