Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) role managing a portfolio of consumer and business relationships across Wells Fargo branches in the Greater Princeton District. Responsible for proactive discovery conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, deposits, and investment strategies, coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams, championing digital self-service and mobile banking adoption, and handling account inquiries and service requests while maintaining risk and regulatory compliance. The role is a temporary Relationship Banker LP until licensing and SAFE requirements are completed, with potential transition to Relationship Banker (SAFE). Requires FINRA licenses, state insurance licenses, and active qualification exams where applicable; weekend Saturday coverage is required in the schedule; multiple New Jersey branch locations listed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
- SIE may be required for certain qualification exams depending on state
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
