Job Summary
Relationship Banker in Fulton, MD responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships at a Chase Branch. Deliver attentive, consultative service, understand clients' financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. Educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, collaborate with a team of experts to address specialized financial needs, and adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Strong communication, client-service orientation, and the ability to work weekends/evenings are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and related regulatory requirements
