Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions while building relationships to meet financial needs and connect clients to solutions aligned with their goals. Execute the bank's risk culture by following established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to drive the client experience. This role is located in the Greater Hartford Area and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.

- Efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Focuses on results, while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
