Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking (ATM, online/mobile access) and accurately process cash transactions; build deep client relationships by understanding financial goals and connecting clients to solutions in banking, lending, and investments; manage center traffic and outbound calls, drive the client experience, and collaborate with experts to grow knowledge; adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines while delivering exceptional service and supporting a flexible in-office culture across assigned financial centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or business-relevant Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience in financial services and cash handling
- Effective communication and client-focused mindset
- Ability to educate clients on self-service banking (ATM, online, mobile)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to follow established processes and comply with laws and regulations
- Weekend/extended hours availability
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Ability to adapt to new information and technology platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or business-relevant associate degree preferred
- Sales experience in financial services or salary-plus incentive environment
- Experience in cash handling
- Strong communication and clientRelationship skills
- Knowledge of self-service technologies (ATM, online/mobile banking)
- Ability to educate clients on banking transactions
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours
