Job Summary

Relationship Banker at Bank of America engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM), processes cash transactions, and builds relationships to meet financial needs. Responsible for following established processes and guidelines, driving the client experience, expanding knowledge across small business, lending, and investments, managing center traffic and outbound calls, and helping clients connect to solutions that meet their financial goals. Requires effective communication, adaptability to new information and technology, adherence to laws and regulations, and availability to work weekends or extended hours; in-office role with potential training at a financial center and placement within a reasonable commuting distance.

  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
