Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM); process cash transactions accurately; build relationships to meet financial needs, guide clients to solutions that align with financial goals; collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage client experience and center traffic; follow established processes and comply with laws/regulations; communicate effectively, learn new technology platforms, and demonstrate problem-solving to meet client needs; weekend or extended hours may be required; emphasis on delivering an outstanding client experience and growing the bank’s client base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- High School Diploma or GED may be considered but preferred coursework or degree in finance or business
