Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time management, ability to work weekends, and comfort guiding clients through self-service technologies to enhance their financial lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to educate clients on self-service banking technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
