Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships and gain in-depth knowledge of clients’ financial and life priorities to connect them with solutions that meet their goals; collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience while adhering to laws and regulations; adaptable to role-specific business needs with in-office collaboration and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communications and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused and able to educate clients on self-service technologies (ATM, online/mobile banking)
- Shift flexibility to include weekends and/or extended hours
