Relationship Banker

Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM), handle cash transactions, and drive the client experience. Build relationships to understand financial needs, connect clients with solutions in partnership with banking and investments experts, manage center traffic and outbound calls, and uphold risk culture and regulatory guidelines. The role emphasizes deep client conversations to gain knowledge of financial life priorities, proactive service, adherence to processes, and collaboration with specialists to meet financial goals. Requires the ability to learn new tech platforms, strong problem-solving, effective communication, time-management skills, and availability to work weekends or extended hours. Bachelor’s or related Associate’s degree strongly preferred; also requires cash handling and sales experience in financial services; target is to deliver an exceptional client experience while growing the bank’s client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
