Relationship Banker

Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Build relationships to meet clients’ financial needs by connecting them to solutions across small business, lending, and investments. Manage cash responsibilities and client traffic, deliver a strong client experience, and support operational excellence while adhering to laws and bank guidelines. Requires working weekends/extended hours and being able to work at multiple financial centers within a reasonable distance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communication and client-focus skills
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (preferred)
