Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Bank of America engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM). Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, having in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals. Builds relationships to meet financial needs, grows knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments, and manages client experience and cash responsibilities. Requires adaptability, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work weekends/extended hours as needed; emphasizes in-office attendance with role-specific flexibility. Minimum education includes high school diploma/GED, with preferred bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree; one year of sales experience and six months of cash handling experience are desired.
