Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online and mobile banking). Build relationships and understand clients' financial needs to connect them with suitable solutions, including cash handling, small business lending and investments. Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver an exceptional client experience, manage center traffic, appointments and outbound calls, and operate with adherence to laws and bank policies. The role requires flexibility to work weekends/extended hours and to be stationed at a financial center location in Washington (Seattle/Mercer Island area). The position emphasizes in-office collaboration, risk culture, and delivering an experience that improves clients’ financial lives, with opportunities to grow knowledge of financial products and solutions through partnerships with experts in lending and investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- High School Diploma or GED is listed as minimum education in description
