Job Summary
Relationship Banker accountable for engaging clients in the lobby, educating and assisting with self-service transactions (ATM/online/mobile banking), processing cash transactions, and building client relationships to meet financial needs. Responsibilities include following established processes, driving the client experience, growing knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments, managing center traffic and outbound calls, and educating clients on self-service technologies while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering value to clients through banking products and services; weekend/extended hours may be required and travel to nearby financial centers within a reasonable distance is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- Experience in financial services (desired)
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience (desired)
- Six months of cash handling experience (desired)
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
