Relationship Banker

Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service channels (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); process cash transactions accurately; build relationships to understand financial needs and connect clients to suitable solutions; expand knowledge of financial products by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience through proactive service and adherence to laws and bank policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum cash handling experience
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment
- Weekend and/or extended hours availability
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Comfortable engaging clients and educating on self-service banking options (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management
- cash handling experience
- sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
