Relationship Banker - Georgia Northwest Market

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conduct of transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Safely and accurately process cash transactions, while building relationships to understand clients’ financial needs. Conduct in-depth conversations to learn clients’ financial priorities and connect them to banking solutions. Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to expand client outcomes. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience and adhere to laws and bank policies. Demonstrate adaptability, critical thinking, and effective communication to educate clients on self-service technologies and to identify solutions that meet their financial goals. Maintain strong knowledge of products/services and help grow the bank’s client network through relationship building and proactive service.
