Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online and mobile banking). Build relationships to meet financial needs, educate clients on self-service tech, and provide guidance to connect clients with solutions that align with their financial goals. Drive client experience, manage cash responsibilities, and support operational processes while collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Requires the ability to work weekends/extended hours within a network of financial centers and adhere to laws and regulations; emphasizes relationship-building, proactive client outreach, and a strong sales orientation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
