Job Summary
Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries through the Distributed Work model, and actively engaging customers in the lobby during transaction processing. Use digital tools to demonstrate solutions and convert sales opportunities to meet or exceed goals. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques, utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations, and ensure consistent approaches to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, Fulton policies, and procedures while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. This full-time role is based out of the Manassas, VA financial center and requires availability around branch operation hours, excluding Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
- This position may require incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
