Job Summary
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound campaign calls, inbound contact center inquiries, and lobby engagements to fulfill customer needs from service to sales. Actively promote banking solutions, identify opportunities using digital tools, and convert interactions into tangible outcomes to meet sales goals. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations and established limits while utilizing the CRM system to foster relationship-building and ensure consistent new customer onboarding. This full-time role requires a 40-hour workweek based in the Frederick, MD financial center, with no Sunday availability. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
- This position may require incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
