Job Summary
Engage in outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, and manage lobby interactions to provide a one-stop financial experience for customers. Drive sales by demonstrating digital solutions, scheduling appointments, and converting inquiries into tangible outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulations and Fulton policies. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations, ensuring consistent onboarding and expansion of existing accounts. May serve as a Notary Public and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be able to serve as a Notary Public
- Must be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
