Job Summary
Conduct outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, and engage customers in the lobby to fulfill financial needs including account opening, lending, and transaction processing. Proactively demonstrate digital solutions to identify sales opportunities and meet sales goals while maintaining compliance with regulations and Fulton policies. Advance relationship-building conversations using the CRM system to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships. Manage risk by demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and may serve as a Notary Public. Work approximately 40 hours per week in Schaefferstown, PA, scheduled around branch hours excluding Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
- NMLS registration (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry)
