Job Summary
Conduct outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, and engage customers in the lobby to fulfill financial needs including account opening, lending, and transaction processing. Actively promote banking solutions to meet sales goals while using digital tools to demonstrate solutions and identify opportunities. Advance relationship-building conversations by utilizing the CRM system for consistent new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center. This full-time role supports the Manassas, VA financial center's mission to provide a one-stop experience for customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
- This position may require incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
