Job Summary
Conduct outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, and engage customers in the lobby and during transaction processing to fulfill account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing needs. Use digital tools to demonstrate solutions, identify sales opportunities, and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques, utilize the CRM system for relationship-building conversations, and ensure consistent approaches to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. This role is based in the Berlin, NJ financial center and requires availability around branch operation hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
- This position may require incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
