Job Summary
Deliver exceptional experiences by handling teller transactions with accuracy and care, opening new accounts, and guiding members through consumer loan applications. Proactively recommend products and services that fit member needs while resolving questions with a consultative, relationship-focused approach. Maintain Monday–Saturday availability, including weekdays between 8:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–2:30 PM. Requires 2+ years of banking experience with hands-on teller and lending skills, plus cross-selling expertise. Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
- Hands‐on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
- 2+ years cross‐selling and referring financial products
- Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
- Monday–Saturday availability
- Weekdays between 8:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Pre-employment screenings, including background and credit checks
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in the Spanish Language Preferred
