Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships in a Chase Branch, delivering attentive and friendly service, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Must have 1+ year of sales in retail banking or financial services, strong communication, client-need tailoring, and ability to operate within risk parameters; role requires weekend/evening hours and high school level education with licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, must register or update registration to reflect employment with JPMorganChase; contingent upon compliance with SAFE Act and timely renewal.
