Job Summary
Relationship Banker role within Wells Fargo's Foothills OC District focusing on proactive acquisition, management, and growth of consumer and business customer relationships. Responsibilities include leading discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking, credit, deposits, and investments strategies; partnering with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions; educating customers on self-service and mobile options; resolving account inquiries with adherence to policies; and maintaining risk controls. This temporary LP-to-licensed progression role requires successful completion of licensing (FINRA Series 6/63, SIE as applicable, and State Insurance licenses) and may transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Location-specific offices in Irvine, Mission Viejo, Tustin, Rancho Santa Margarita, Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, CA, with in-person work expectations; pay range $27.00-$41.00 hourly equivalent (annualized to $56,160 – $85,280) and benefits; schedule includes Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
