Relationship Banker- Flagstaff Woodlands

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and accurately process cash transactions. Build deep conversations with clients to understand financial priorities and connect them to solutions in lending, investments, and small business services. Follow established processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, drive a positive client experience, and expand knowledge by partnering with experts. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls, while focusing on relationship-building, client solutions, referrals, and overall client satisfaction. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, with potential scheduling across multiple financial centers.
