Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM), process cash transactions, and build relationships to meet financial needs. Leverage knowledge of banking products and services, including small business, lending, and investments, to connect clients with suitable solutions. Maintain operational excellence and compliance, drive the client experience, and collaborate with experts while managing center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls. Must be able to work weekends/extended hours and be willing to travel within a reasonable distance to different financial centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Bachelor's Degree or higher as listed in Desired Qualifications
- Experience: One year of demonstrated sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment (implied)
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours at financial center locations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of self-service banking technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Familiarity with lending and investments concepts
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
- Compliance with laws and bank policies
