Relationship Banker responsible for consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending; drives sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calls; cross-sells bank products, achieves weekly sales/referral goals, and incorporates digital banking into customer interactions; handles data entry for referrals/customers; performs teller and related operational duties; adheres to risk management and regulatory requirements; may work at various market locations; strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of banking policies and products; NMLS license/registration preferred but not required to perform primary duties; commitment to compliant and service-oriented banking environment; Includes opportunity to grow within Pennsylvania/region footprint.
