Job Summary
Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling; makes recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services; identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals; incorporates digital banking products into interactions; uses branch technology to input and maintain referrals, customers, and applicants; handles routine teller transactions and other operational duties; maintains data quality and adheres to consumer banking standards and risk-management requirements; complies with all regulatory laws and company procedures; may work at various market locations and supports a culture of teamwork and compliant, customer-focused service.
