Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for promoting the sales process through greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling; making recommendations to cross-sell bank products; achieving weekly sales/referral goals; incorporating digital banking products into interactions; ensuring data quality in referrals and customer records; handling routine teller and related operational duties; adhering to bank policies, procedures, and risk/compliance requirements; may work at various market locations and support customers with consumer banking transactions and lending opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required (if applicable)
