Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. Executes branch leads and identifies opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. Engages customers to promote bank products and services, achieves weekly sales/referral goals, and incorporates digital banking products into interactions. Maintains data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using approved branch technology. Performs routine teller and operational duties per policy, adheres to risk management and compliance standards, and collaborates with team to support a culture of service. May work at various locations within the market and supports ongoing customer relationships from the branch.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED completion
- 0 years of related job experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software (MS Word - Basic, MS Excel - Intermediate, MS PowerPoint - Basic)
- Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) Identifier; preferred but may be required
