Job Summary

Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with an emphasis on deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit. Actively identify and fulfill client needs by guiding them through deposit and loan options, opening accounts, and taking applications. Provide tailored financial advice that aligns with short- and long-term goals while making referrals to mortgage, wealth, and business banking partners. Conduct regular calls to prospects and support sales leadership by coaching associates on products and services. Support the teller line to minimize wait times, resolve client issues promptly, and assist with on-the-job training for new associates. Ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management policies, and the First Horizon code of ethics. Work onsite Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with weekends closed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2 – 5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller
  • Must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment to be considered for this position
  • Assessment results must be submitted prior to having your application evaluated by Talent Acquisition
  • Must meet the requirements of a background credit check
  • Must comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations
  • Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements
