Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in consultative conversations to understand financial goals and promote bank products and services, focusing on deposits, loans, lines of credit, and referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Responsibilities include proactive sales engagement, growing deposit and borrowing needs, delivering personalized financial advice, maintaining excellent client experiences, supporting teller line operations, staying compliant with regulations, and assisting with sales meetings, training, and operational controls. Requires 5+ years of experience and a high school diploma or GED; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; familiarity with NMLS and the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment process; and the ability to work on-site in Durham, NC.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience
- NMLS background check and S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act compliance
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment must be completed to be considered
