Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank; delivers personalized financial advice, drives sales while delivering strong client service, supports teller operations, and participates in training to enhance product knowledge and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller
- Background credit check
- Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment (12–15 minutes)
