Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and align on solutions that meet their needs, promoting and selling the bank’s products and services. Responsible for proactive client outreach, identifying deposit and loan needs, providing personalized financial advice, making referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking, and supporting the banking center’s sales goals while delivering excellent client experiences and ensuring compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller
- Background credit check
- Compliance with SAF/E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment (must be completed)
