Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to build lasting client relationships by proactively meeting with assigned clients in person and over the phone to understand their financial needs and tailor product recommendations. Engage in consultative communication to anticipate client needs, educate them on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, and connect them to specialized experts for complex requirements. Manage client acquisition and retention while adhering to strict banking policies, regulatory requirements, and risk parameters. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings, with employment contingent upon completing required licenses and background reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
