Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and accurately process cash transactions; develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial goals and connect them to solutions in lending, investments, and other banking services; build and nurture client relationships, collaborate with experts in small business, lending and investments, manage center traffic and outbound calls, drive the client experience, and adhere to applicable laws and regulations while delivering attentive service and meeting individual and team sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
