Job Summary
Greet customers, identify service and product needs, and leverage sales leads through outbound calling to promote the sales process. Make appropriate recommendations for cross-selling bank products and services while identifying and achieving weekly sales/referral goals. Incorporate digital products into interactions and maintain data quality for referrals and applicants using approved branch technology. Execute branch leads at the Manager's direction, complete all customer transaction requests, and perform routine operational duties including traditional teller transactions. Adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, and risk management requirements to monitor and report daily risks.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 0 years of job related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
