Job Summary
Greet customers, identify service and product needs, and leverage sales leads through outbound calling to make appropriate recommendations for cross-selling bank products. Execute branch leads at the direction of the Manager, complete all customer transaction requests, and input data quality for referrals using approved branch technology. Achieve individual weekly sales and referral goals set by the Branch Manager while incorporating digital products into interactions and managing the lifecycle of new and existing relationships. Perform routine operational duties including traditional teller transactions and monitor daily risks in adherence to FNB policies and regulatory laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 0 years of job related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
